A group of aspiring Chartered Accountants (SA) who did their SAICA articles training within the auditing space founded PHSMA. The company is 100% youth-owned and 67% female-owned. The founders saw a gap in the market regarding the neglected SME’s who are kept outside the cycle due to excessive red tape, inability to access funds, and the lack of financial management training that enables every entrepreneur to properly realize their dream of building and sustaining a start-up.
The clique is made of partners with vast experience in auditing, financial management, taxation, risk management, management accounting, financial reporting, and business strategy. It was only rational for the partners to gather their resources and solve this problem of SME’s not being able to release their dreams of growing their businesses into future conglomerates.
